John Malone began practicing law in 1971 as a solo practitioner, and he continues to serve clients with the same passion, skill, and entrepreneurial spirit that has defined his career. While he has an unusual breadth of experience, John focuses on commercial real estate, probate, and litigation.

In 2008, Andrew Malone joined his father after a judicial clerkship, bringing his business acumen, careful attention to detail, and unwavering determination to help clients. Andrew helped the firm grow thanks to his creativity, tenacity, and transactional expertise.

In 2021, the firm expanded again when Sean Malone joined his father and brother after 18 years of practice, first with Jones Day in Washington, D.C., and then with Kohrman Jackson & Krantz in Cleveland. Sean brought extensive litigation experience, a mediation practice, and his perspective as a Shaker Heights City Council member.

The firm also moved in 2021 to its current Terminal Tower location after many years in the historic Rockefeller Building.
